Do you Qualify For the Workplace charging scheme?

The Electric Vehicle Homecharge Scheme (‘EVHS’ or OLEV grant) offers EV drivers £350 off the total cost and installation of a qualifying smart home charger. It’s available for the vast majority of vehicles but please note – you can only claim one charge point per eligible vehicle and up to two per household.

A smart Charge Point is able to be remotely accessed and capable of receiving, interpreting and reacting to a signal. Smart charging can reduce high peaks of electricity demands, minimising the cost of electric vehicles to the electricity system and keeping costs down for EV drivers by encouraging off-peak and efficient charging.

To qualify, you must have the following:

  • Off-street parking
  • Your charger must use smart technology
  • Your charger must be installed by an OLEV approved installer
  • Your plug-in vehicle was purchased after 1st October 2016

We’ve got you covered – a member of our team will talk you through this. During the installation process, we will ask you some basic questions and will even submit the application on your behalf. Once qualified, the full grant amount will be deducted from the total cost of your home charger installation.
