Ian has achieved the highest academic qualifications in the field of electrical engineering, holding an MSc in Electrical Engineering. He is the primary "go-to" person for engineers facing technical challenges, providing expert guidance and support. Ian joined ITC in 2003 after a successful tenure as Senior Electrical Engineer with Bassetlaw District Council. Over the past 20 years, Ian has poured his heart and soul into the company, playing a pivotal role in its growth and success. Known for his commitment to both the company and its people, Ian always welcomes new starters with his signature line after induction: "Welcome to the pleasure dome."
Compliance Director
Robbie began his career at Independent Testing Company (ITC) in 2006, working as an electrician until 2008. Seeking to broaden his experience, he moved into social housing as a Mechanical and Electrical Supervisor, where he further developed his skills in project management and delivery. After three years, Robbie decided to start his own business, founding Ashover Electrical. During the COVID-19 pandemic, circumstances changed, and after a conversation with Ian, Robbie re-joined ITC as Operations and Contracts Manager. His extensive industry experience, combined with the systems and skills he had honed, quickly proved invaluable. Recognising his contribution, Ian offered Robbie a Directorship and shares within the company. Robbie now oversees all operations and finance, driving ITC forward with innovative ideas and strategic leadership.

Sara is ITC’s longest-serving team member, having joined the company shortly after finishing school. With over 20 years of dedicated service, she has played a vital role in ITC’s growth and development, contributing across a range of positions throughout the years. Today, Sara serves as the company’s Estimating Manager, where her extensive knowledge ensures that all projects are accurately and efficiently costed — delivering value for both the company and its clients.

Dan Tudor oversees all aspects of compliance within ITC, ensuring that the company adheres to industry standards and regulations. With a wealth of hands-on technical experience, Dan serves as a valuable resource for the engineering team, providing expert guidance and support. As one of ITC's NICEIC Qualified Supervisors, Dan's extensive knowledge and practical expertise enable him to lead the compliance efforts effectively, maintaining the highest quality and safety standards across the board.

Della oversees all aspects of works undertaken within ITC. With extensive managerial experience gained across a range of industries, she brings a wealth of knowledge in coordinating complex projects and leading high-performing teams. Her meticulous planning and keen eye for detail ensure that we consistently meet all set targets and KPIs, delivering contracts that fully align with our clients’ needs.
Projects and Office Manager
Amie manages all fire safety, emergency lighting, and compliance projects within ITC. Amie ensures that any necessary remedial works identified during inspections are scheduled promptly, helping clients achieve full compliance with fire safety standards. With strong organisational skills and attention to detail, Amie keeps projects on track, coordinating effectively between clients, contractors, and the ITC team to deliver timely and compliant solutions.

Bailey supports Sara with all invoicing needs within ITC, helping to ensure smooth and accurate financial processes. His qualifications and calm, methodical approach make him a huge asset to the team. Bailey’s attention to detail and strong organisational skills contribute to maintaining efficient financial operations and providing excellent service to our clients.
Accounting and Finance Assistant
As ITC’s Electrical Qualified Supervisor, Alex ensures that all certification is completed to the correct standards and that on-site works meet ITC’s high expectations. With over 10 years of industry experience and apprentice-trained expertise, Alex brings extensive knowledge and a meticulous approach to every project. His commitment to quality and safety plays a crucial role in maintaining compliance and delivering exceptional results for our clients.
Electrical Qualified Supervisor
Rach coordinates all EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report) projects within ITC. She ensures that any required remedial works are promptly scheduled within 28 days, so certificates can be issued in line with required standards. With excellent organisational skills and a proactive approach, Rach keeps projects running smoothly and helps ensure timely communication between clients, engineers, and the ITC team.
EICR Project coordinator
Georgia coordinates all day-to-day works raised by our clients, ensuring they are completed within the required timescales. She manages the booking of emergency call-outs and responsive repairs across all disciplines within ITC, providing swift and effective service. Through her excellent organisational skills and proactive approach, Georgia helps ensure that our clients’ tenants receive timely support and a high standard of care, keeping them happy and reassured.

Laura is the company's Accounts Manager, where her extensive experience ensures smooth financial operations. Currently pursuing her AAT Level 2 in Bookkeeping, Laura is dedicated to expanding her accounting expertise, helping ITC move in a cash-productive and financially efficient direction.
