Ian has achieved the highest academic qualifications in the field of electrical engineering, holding an MSc in Electrical Engineering. He is the primary "go-to" person for engineers facing technical challenges, providing expert guidance and support. Ian joined ITC in 2003 after a successful tenure as Senior Electrical Engineer with Bassetlaw District Council.

Over the past 20 years, Ian has poured his heart and soul into the company, playing a pivotal role in its growth and success. Known for his commitment to both the company and its people, Ian always welcomes new starters with his signature line after induction: "Welcome to the pleasure dome."

Robbie began his career at Independent Testing Company (ITC) in 2006, working as an electrician until 2008. Seeking to broaden his experience, he moved into social housing as a Mechanical and Electrical Supervisor, where he further developed his skills in project management and delivery. After three years, Robbie decided to start his own business, founding Ashover Electrical.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, circumstances changed, and after a conversation with Ian, Robbie re-joined ITC as Operations and Contracts Manager. His extensive industry experience, combined with the systems and skills he had honed, quickly proved invaluable. Recognising his contribution, Ian offered Robbie a Directorship and shares within the company. Robbie now oversees all operations and finance, driving ITC forward with innovative ideas and strategic leadership.

Sara is the longest-serving member of staff at ITC, having joined the company shortly after leaving school. Over her 20 years of loyal service, she has witnessed and contributed to ITC’s growth and evolution, playing key roles across various positions. Today, Sara is the company's Accounts Manager, where her extensive experience ensures smooth financial operations. Currently pursuing her AAT Level 2 in Bookkeeping, Sara is dedicated to expanding her accounting expertise, helping ITC move in a cash-productive and financially efficient direction.

Dan Tudor oversees all aspects of compliance within ITC, ensuring that the company adheres to industry standards and regulations. With a wealth of hands-on technical experience, Dan serves as a valuable resource for the engineering team, providing expert guidance and support. As one of ITC's NICEIC Qualified Supervisors, Dan's extensive knowledge and practical expertise enable him to lead the compliance efforts effectively, maintaining the highest quality and safety standards across the board.

Connor plays a key role in supporting all marketing efforts within ITC, focusing on enhancing the company’s identity through channels such as social media and other promotional avenues. In addition to his marketing responsibilities, Connor is integral to ITC’s Renewables division, where he creates bespoke PV designs and sources top-quality materials to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards. His dual role in marketing and renewables helps drive ITC’s growth and maintain it's reputation for excellence.

Elisha is responsible for managing compliance across all aspects of PAT, Fire and Emergency Lighting, FRA, Communal & Commercial EICRs, and general installations and maintenance. Her ongoing progress towards achieving Level One and Two Fundamentals in Fire Detection and Alarms (FD&A) strengthens her expertise, positioning her perfectly to oversee and control all the works she supervises. Elisha’s commitment and growing technical knowledge ensure efficient and effective management of every project.

Raegan oversees ITC's Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) and all related repairs across domestic properties, schools, commercial buildings, and sites of historic interest. Overseeing a team of eight electrical engineers, Raegan ensures that all EICRs are completed well before the next due date and that any necessary repairs from unsatisfactory reports are resolved within 21 days of ITC’s inspection. Her dedication to learning and continuous development solidifies her vital role in the success of these projects.

Laura oversees all major electrical installation and door entry projects at ITC. With her NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration, she ensures that projects are completed within client-set KPIs. As the main point of contact for clients, Laura ensures that communication is swift, efficient, and thorough. Her dedication to maintaining strong client relationships and addressing any issues promptly helps keep projects on track and ensures client satisfaction. Laura’s organisational skills and attention to detail are key to the success of ITC's projects.
